What you’ll do
Provide guidance to leaders and employees on interpreting and applying HR policies and practices, ensuring consistency and compliance across the business.
Lead and coordinate the implementation of performance development processes, promoting effective goal setting, feedback, and ongoing employee growth.
Support HR Centres of Excellence with the implementation of transformation projects.
Partner with Commercial Excellence and IT to strengthen digital and data capabilities across the enterprise.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, influencing and embedding cultural priorities and behaviours aligned to our values.
Regularly review HR policies and processes, identifying opportunities for enhancement and recommending changes.
Champion the adoption of HR technologies to increase operational efficiency.
Act as a change agent for the implementation of new HR benefits, policies, and processes.
Essential for the role
3- 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or relevant experience in an HR vertical
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Experience supporting or administering performance management processes.
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Effective communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems including Workday and Cornerstone.
Desirable for the role
Previous experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably in a large, matrixed organisation.
Experience with content creation platforms and basic video creation or editing software.
